It’s about following the route that aligns with you..

I believe that most of us grow up in a world that is trying to disconnect us from our true selves.

You need to act a certain way to be accepted (not speak up against the wrongs), stay quiet and be of service. That was my experience anyway.

We are taught to grow up in a world where we run on a 24-hour cycle, when in fact women are not meant to live that way at all. To get as far away from nature and putting ourselves first is selfish.

I’m here to tell you it’s not. But also, it is a lot more than learning to put yourself first. It is a whole journey (a hard one) that unravels in divine timing, one step at a time. Again, that’s how it went for me.

While there are many ways to get you going down a healing journey [for example: hitting the “bottom”, something you learned etc.], I think one very important route begins shortly after you start recognizing the programming that is mentioned a bit above. When you start to see that listening to your own intuition (often found in moments of silence), and respecting the flow that is meant to be our lives, you are opened up to so many different paths.

It’s all about following the one that aligns with you.

Book 👉🏻 The Myth of Normal

I listened to a podcast once by the author of that one and he said that if you can, go buy the book from your local bookstore. It is important to support local.
