The Practice has been curated for YOU to welcome the modality of Breathwork into your life - to implement as a practice.

Access to an abundance of recordings for you to practice with on your time. Access to 15min-1hr recordings with themes such as grounding ourselves, support for our heart, breathing into the Full Moons energies and beyond.

This program is a starting place for those looking to come into their own version of calm. Originally designed for those in the front lines but quickly realized we are all living in our own versions of chaos and deserve a calm and regulated nervous system.

A curated workbook and individual sessions to begin exploring your own versions of chaos while learning the tangible tools to support you in coming into a deeper state of calm.
