As a Healing Arts Practitioner with a background in Social Work and extensive experience working with trauma, I bring a deep understanding of how the mind and body are interconnected. In our sessions, I integrate the power of Flow Breathwork to uncover and address what may be holding you back beneath the surface.
My approach is holistic and strengths-based, tailored to honor your unique journey. I may incorporate scent, movement, music, reflection, creativity, natural elements, and Feminine energies to create a nurturing and transformative space. Together, we work to harmonize the mind, body, and soul, guiding you toward deeper self-awareness and healing.

I love the energy sciences aspect of it, but for tangible purposes, by consciously altering your breathing patterns, you can shift your body from a state of stress (fight-or-flight) to a state of relaxation and balance (rest-and-digest).
When Breathwork is practiced consistently, you have the ability to retrain your nervous system, allowing you to handle lifes unavoidable stressors with more ease.

Movement in any manner as a tool to connect your mind to your body. Our body, holding so much tension and stagnation. Movement, playing a vital role in healing because it helps release stored energy, and process emotions.
Scent - Our sense of smell is our most primal, exerting a powerful influence over our thoughts, emotions, moods, memories and behaviours,
Pure essential oils (or of course plants in their natural form) connect to us on an energetic and emotional level, allowing them to be a beautiful tool for us as we work through the different emotions that come with life.
Music - all playlists curated with deep intention; will encourage you to belt out the words on occasion.
Reflection/ Art (writing, drawing, painting, poetry) - when we integrate our sessions into some form of expression, we are allowing for a deeper connection to our experiences.
The Elements - are foundational concepts in many spiritual and philosophical traditions. Each element representing qualities, energies, and lessons that we can learn from to better understand ourselves and the world around us.

We practice Flow Breathwork with a bomb playlist that I will always encourage you to belt out too if it feels right.
Sometimes a deeper meditation will coincide, invitations to move as aligns and always space to allow your emotions and all of you to be as you are.

Debrief circles for the ones in the Front Lines of a field that tells you to “leave it at the door” or praises you for being able to disconnect from the atrocities that can be very common in our line of work.
In this space, we offer space to connect and explore tools that can support our line of work and help make it a little more bearable.

From Chaos to Calm
As workers in the front lines, we have to deal with a lot of turmoil, tragedies and chaos.
All while expected to be some version of calm; the one who holds it together and provides a sense of safety when there is anything but.
This program is a starting place for those looking to come into their own version of calm. Designed for those in the front lines but suitable to anybody who finds they need support coming into the calm.

A singular Breathwork session is excellent when you are feeling a lot of pent up anger or grief and needing support to get to the other side of it.
However, to truly, go deep and process, it is meant to be a practice.
These individual sessions are for when you just need a breather or to check out whether the modality of Breathwork is even for you.

Each experience is completely individual, but here are some opportunities:
Relaxation: Many people report feeling deeply relaxed after a breathwork session. Controlled breathing techniques can help calm/ reset the nervous system, leading to a state of relaxation similar to meditation or mindfulness practices.
Increased Energy: Despite feeling relaxed, some people may also experience a surge in energy levels. This can be due to the increased oxygenation of the body improved circulation, and a release of old narratives.
Clarity and Mental Focus: Breathwork can clear the mind and improve mental clarity. Participants often report feeling more focused and present after a session, with reduced mental chatter and a greater sense of mental well-being.
Emotional Release: Breathwork can bring up suppressed emotions or tensions held within the body. People may experience feelings of sadness, joy, anger, or other feels during or after a session as they release emotional blockages.
Physical Sensations: Participants may experience tingling sensations, muscle tension release, or changes in body temperature during or after a breathwork session.
Heightened Awareness: Breathwork can lead to a heightened sense of self-awareness and introspection. People may gain insights into their thought patterns, behaviours, or unresolved issues, leading to personal growth and self-discovery.
Euphoria or Bliss: Some individuals may experience feelings of euphoria or bliss after a breathwork session. This can be attributed to the release of endorphins and other feel-good hormones triggered by the breathing exercises.
Catharsis: Breathwork sessions can sometimes lead to a cathartic experience, where individuals experience a profound sense of release or transformation. This can be accompanied by tears, laughter, or a sense of lightness as emotional or energetic blockages are cleared.
