Somatic Therapy
Many of us grow up feeling disconnected from our bodies, often living in states of disarray, fear, and deep depression – surviving in the only ways our bodies know how. Somatic therapy (from the Greek 'soma,' meaning the living body) is a powerful level of healing you may not realize you need. It moves beyond traditional talk therapy, which can sometimes leave us feeling stuck in cycles. Through embodied practices, somatic therapy helps you build a deep foundation of safety within, so you are no longer ruled by old survival patterns like anxiety, chronic tension, or emotional numbness. Instead, you learn to respond from a place of grounded presence."

Once upon a time, I was living in my own version of Mental Health, surviving in the only way I knew how.
Through my education and 15 years
experience/ background in Social Services, Cultural, Philosophical, Psychological studies + and probably most importantly, my own healing journey which included a deep connection to my breath and so much more, transformed my life. Bringing me to a place where I not only share the impact of breath with others, but to hold space, support in finding safety within to step into your own greatest Mental Wealth.
