Full Moon in Aries

Full Moons are a time to let go, it is the moon that had me, personally, release and move through a lot of anger and expectations I have held in my life, both over myself and of others.

Let’s see if any of the below are coming up for you…

Aries

Aries is noted to be the trailblazer of the Zodiac sign, according to Chani - the one breaking cycles and taking steps that have previously been unknown, to them or those around them.

Being in the fire element, Aries can run hot - maybe full of anger or in a state where they are full of passion (which is actually where anger stems from). Taking chances and doing things beyond their wildest dreams and living their lives with desire leading.

Although, often needing a reminder to be patient, that not everything can or will happen at one time but that when we put continuous efforts, we will see our wishes transpire beyond our greateast imagination.

Move

When the moon is in Aries, take it as an opportunity to really move - trust your body in regards to whether you need a slower pace or sped up. Focus on your upper body, from your tummy all the way up to your throat space.

Picture yourself as the flames of a bonfire as you weave in and out.

Breathe

To activate your desires, first start by breathing into your tummy - allowing space for some holds as your dreams come to fruition.

Move through the unhealthy anger, hatred or comparison of what may be holding you back as you move up into your heart space with a quicker paced breath.

Begin integrating your confidence, and self assurance as you move up to your throat and maybe enter into the Lions Breath, making sound with each exhale.
