Forgiveness🌿

There is a lot of anger behind setting the boundaries that were previously mentioned. You love these people too… so fucking much. You go through a loss, knowing that things will likely never be the same between you again - anger is a huge, valid part of this.

but being angry… holding on to this tension that will lie stagnant in our bodies only affects us - chances are, they’ve already forgotten about it or don’t give it a second thought (not because of ignorance, rather we are taught to forget about it). So we need to forgive them- regardless of the pain that they may have inflicted, our health, wellness and how we move about life- not forgiving them, is reflected within our entire persons.

I know we’ve all known or know a “grumpy old man” … put some thought into that.

When we live with love and understanding over anger and fear which is a common theme throughout my writing … we become happy (no toxic positivity on this side of the internet); present; living life with intention and more that we’ll talk about some day.
