The Full Moon in Gemini
The Full Moon reminding us that there is a duality of the positive and negative. That the darkness holds a purpose and that when we are able to come out of the hurt and blame, we allow love and beauty in.
Every time I look at the moon, no matter the phase .. I am in awe and it can instantly take me out of a bluh moment or mood.
@witchyways.2flow, a mentor and guide in the moon and in community teaches us that Gemini encourages us to release what clouds our minds and hearts so that we can create space for new perspectives.
With Gemini being in the element of air, you are invited to explore a little deeper - what are the emotions attached to a different perspectives? Ones outside of a closed down mind? Disconnected from self because we are so focused on the outside world.
Frankincense, a plant tool that when used regularly can be a support in broadening your perspective and opening your mind.
Air, moving through us (if we allow) our overthinking minds, the thoughts that are no longer serving us, our inability to make decisions - ask yourself: what is it that I am afraid of in this choice to do different? Is there a part of me that feels unworthy if it goes my way? Or maybe you are looping in old patterns that you know aren’t serving you.
Give yourself the grace that you deserve. You have always been doing the best you can and your body holds you back. Breathwork, a tool to move through those stagnant energies and become the free-est you have ever been.
MOVE: Feel yourself sway, ever so gently like a warm breeze .. connecting to yourself or maybe you have anger built in and you need more of a storm, trust yourself and move your body in accordance. Releasing judgement for yourself and trusting what you need.
BREATHE: Deeply, having your inhales and exhales longer than you think you need … taking extra little sips in … and longer exhales out.
Feel the space open in you, making room for our curiosity that we were taught was wrong and use your learnings to better the world; our imagination and creativity that the world desreve to see - that we all hold despite common narratives of “I don’t have a creative bone in my body”; somebody who has their head in the clouds and sees the atrocities of the world but witnesses and chooses to be in the beauty; opening up to the metaphysical world that we can’t see .. but can feel, while still remaining grounded in the truth and grace of what currently is.
