Experience transformative Flow Breathwork classes, all with the intention of lifting each other up and coming into the person we are meant and deserve to be. 

In these workshops, we get real present with ourselves as I guide you through your breath; the number one Somatic healing tool. Come in to witness and experience how a Practice of Breathwork can transform you on a whole body level, shaking up layers of narratives and stories that hold you back on an energetic level. Rewiring your nervous system out of survival and into the calm. Breathwork offers a holistic approach to our well-being, addressing the interconnectedness of our mind body and soul, while empowering us to tap into our own innate capacity for self-healing. 

Step into a space for connection to ourselves and to each other as we leave behind the stresses of life and immerse ourselves in the power of our Breath. Exhale the tension and stuckness in your body (think neck, shoulders, hips) while inhaling profound relaxation while discovering profound levels of deep healing and personal evolution.

What are the benefits of healing in community: Community is where I began to witness myself and stop doing things so independently, where I began asking for help and speaking my truths opposed to holding them back. Community is the MOST powerful, and I highly recommend it for anybody feeling maybe a little alone on their healing journeys or for the one who KNOWS how powerful these kind of spaces can be.
